The Board of Directors of K+G Complex Public Company Ltd, at a meeting held on 28th of August 2014, reviewed and approved the Unaudited Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements of K+G Complex Public Company Ltd for the six months period ended 30 June 2014.
The Interim Condensed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income with Interim Management Report for the six month period ended 30 June 2014 will be published in the newspaper ‘Simerini’ on 1st September 2014.
Hard copies of the Group’s Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2014 will be available at the Company’s registered office, 197 Makarios III Avenue, Gala Tower, 3030 Limassol and in electronic form on the website of the Group (www.galatariotisgroup.com).
