The Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd announces that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 9th of October 2026, approved the payment of an interim dividend from the profits of the year 2026 amounting to €2.742.187,00, which corresponds to €0,02 per share.
The dividend per share has been calculated taking into account the number of shares acquired by the Company under its share buyback programme.
Calendar of Corporate action
The dividend will be paid to the shareholders of the Company who will be registered in the records of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) on 21 October 2026 (Record Date).
Important dates:
- Record Date: 21 October 2026
- Last Cum Date (last trading day with the dividend entitlement): 19 October 2026
- Ex-dividend Date: 20 October 2026
Investors who hold shares through an off-exchange transfer will also be entitled to the dividend, provided that the transfer is completed by the Record Date.
The dividend will be paid to the entitled shareholders, either directly to them, or to the bank account of their Participant (Operator), by 16 November 2026.
