The Annual General Meeting of The Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd was held in Limassol on 28th June 2012. The following were approved and decided at the Annual General Meeting:

Approved the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011 as well as the Directors and the Auditors Report thereon.

Messrs. Costas Galatariotis, Michalis Mousiouttas and Antonis Antoniou Latouros who retired by rotation were re-elected as members of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Approved the Directors fees for 2012.

Re-appointment of the Auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd as Company’s Auditors and authorization of the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration for 2012.
