Trigono Seafront Land is located to the west of Larnaca city, near Kivisili village and adjacent to the old Limassol – Larnaca seaside road and A5 motorway.

With a total gross area of land 37.140sq.m, Trigono Seafront Land is suitable for hotel and/or tourist village and/or residential (mixed use) (Planning Zone T2a). According to the Government Development Incentives and subject to the conditions imposed by the development permit, the developable area could be approximately 14.700 for hotel, tourist village 13.000 and residential 6.500 sq.m, developments combining all the benefits of a tranquil seafront setting with those arising from its strategic location close to the island’s main motorway and major airport.
