Alexis Galatariotis
Mr. Alexis Galatariotis graduated with first class honours form Warwick University, where he studied Management Sciences. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Msc Finance with distinction, from Imperial College London.
Since 2004, Mr. Alexis Galatariotis is Executive Director of the Galatariotis Group of Companies and a member of the Board of Directors of several private and public companies.
Costas St. Galatariotis
Mr. Costas St. Galatariotis was born in Limassol in 1963. He graduated the 5th Gymnasium of Limassol and he studied Economics, Industry and Commerce at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Costas Galatariotis is Executive Chairman of the Galatariotis Group of Companies, Executive Chairman of C.C.C. Tourist Enterprises Public Company Ltd and member of Boards of Directors of several private and public companies. He is a member of the board of directors of the Association of Cyprus Tourist Enterprises (ACTE). Mr. Costas St. Galatariotis is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Limited since 2008. Mr. Costas St. Galatariotis has served as Honorary Consul General of Japan in Cyprus from 2007 until 2012. Since September 2014 he is the President of the Board of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
George St. Galatariotis
Mr. George St. Galatariotis was born in Limassol in 1947. He studied Business Administration at City Polytechnic in London. Mr. George Galatariotis is Executive Chairman of Galatariotis Group of Companies, Executive Chairman of The Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd and K+G Complex Public Company Ltd. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of several private and public companies. He is a Trustee of the Cyprus Conservation Foundation (Terra Cypria). Mr. George Galatariotis has also served as a member of the Board of Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cyprus Ports Authority. As from 2017 Mr. Galatariotis is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation.
Michalis Christoforou
Michalis Christoforou joined the Group in 1989 and soon afterwards became responsible for all Development and Construction Projects of the Group through the positions of Project Manager and/or Owner/Client Representative. He is currently leading the Group’s Technical Department with over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry specialised in the Coordination and Management of a large variety of Projects, from conception to completion, including but not limited to Hotel Renovations and extensions (Le Meridien Limassol Spa & Resort), large scale industrial Projects (Cement Plant), Building Projects (Residential & Commercial) as well as other specialised Projects such as the demolition of the Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd plant in Limassol. Michalis also oversees the Group Real Estate and Property portfolios with experience in all related procedures with Authorities including licencing, final approvals, Title Deeds etc.
Michalis is a Director in the C.C.C. Real Estate Company Ltd and K+G Complex Public Company Ltd and has previously held Director positions in other Companies of the Group.
He has a Diploma of Technician Engineer in the field of Civil Engineering from the Higher Technical Institute (HTI) of Cyprus and also holds an Academic Certificate from The College of Estate Management CEM, Reading UK satisfying the RICS requirements for membership in Project Management discipline.
Tasos Anastasiou
Tasos Anastasiou graduated with first class honours from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), where he studied Economics (BSc (Econ) Accounting & Finance). He then worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and in 1999 he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). He also holds the Advanced Corporate Finance Qualification (CF) of ICAEW. For a period of 3 years he worked in Investment Banking where he gained in – depth experience in the fields of company valuations, financial analysis and mergers & acquisitions. After that, and for about 4 years he was CFO in a private group of companies where his main duties included financial and strategic planning. In 2006 he became CFO of the Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd, and from 2007 until December 2017 he was the CEO of Galatariotis Group of Companies, and an Executive Director of the Group’s public listed companies. He is now the CEO of XM (Trading Point of Financial Instruments) having served to its Board as a Non-Executive Chairman for 5 years. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd; previously he served as a member of the board of Directors of Cyprus Telecommunications Authority and for a period of seven years as a non- Executive Director of A. Zorbas & Sons Public Company Ltd – Chairman of Remuneration and Audit Committees. Tasos holds the Diploma on Company Directorship.
